EIU offers a range of scholarships recognizing exceptional academic or sporting performance.

Different types of financial aid are designed to support students facing financial hardship:

• Merit-based scholarships range from 25 percent to 100 percent of tuition.
• Other grants are also available, i.e.
• Sibling Grant, Children of Army Officers and Municipality employees.
• EIU offers scholarships to students with recognized athletic skills.
• The University offers full-time students, regardless of need, an opportunity to work on campus.
